The name of this Experiencing God Through Missions Ministry comes from a talk given by Dr. Ralph Bethea concerning his missionary work in Kenya. He admits trying various 'trick's and gimmicks' to reach the lost. Nothing worked. Then in desperation he and his wife fell prostate, in prayer, before the Lord. They prayed long and hard. God listened and rewarded them by using them to reach many lost souls.
The objective of the Praying the Darkness Away Ministry is to make sure this ministry and everything we touch and everything that touches us is covered by prayer.
