As you know, Wyoming Mission 2008 made history, with a lot of firsts.
- First church to have most of the subassemblies fabricated in North Carolina and assembled in Wyoming
- Built Opal, Wyoming’s first church building
- First church to go from a concrete slab to 99.9% finished in just 9 working days by an all volunteer crew
- Complete church packed into one tractor trailer and transported across the nation
- First mission project to have a Live daily website
- Major news coverage
- WLOS-TV
- Asheville Citizen Times
- Times-News
- Light Magazine
- The Christian Journey Newspaper
- NC Biblical Recorder (coming soon)
- First church to have the entire New Testament, written verse by verse, on the wall studs.
- With over 130 on-site volunteers, 400+ mission support personnel and over 20 different churches assisting, Wyoming Mission 2008 will rank right near the top of ‘single purpose’ mission project
You can re-live it all again with this video DVD and photo CD set. See a photo of the Opal picnic table where it all started. Watch a video of the wall modules being fabricated in ‘the barn.’ See the scripture writer’s breath freezing in mid air. You will not be able to watch this video DVD and photo CD without tears in your eyes and praising God!
The CD/DVD package is free upon request. All we ask is that you give a financial gift of any size. A gift of $10 will just about cover production cost. Gifts above this amount will apply to the next ‘God Sized’ mission project – Wyoming Mission 2009! Make your check to Wyoming Mission 2009 and mail to the address below. We expect to start shipping within two weeks!
Matching Funds Gift
We have a challenge! A benefactor will be donating $1000.00 but we have to raise a matching amount. Will you help? Large gifts or small gifts – they all count. Please mail your check today. This will give us a wonderful start toward the finances needed to get Wyoming Mission 2009 underway.
What Would You Like to See?
The Wyoming Mission 2009 website is under development with a projected active date of September 9, 2008. Now is your opportunity to put in your ‘two cents worth!’ What would like to see included in the Wyoming Mission 2009 website?
iGive Shopping
Over 680+ stores and each of them will give a commission to EGTMInc, in your name, and without any cost to you! All you have to do is join up – it’s free – and become an EGTMInc mission supporter. Shop online and let the dealers and merchants give a financial gift in your name. Generally, online shopping prices are lower than brick-and-mortar stores. (Especially with gasoline at $3.75 gallon!)
Below is a partial listing of commissions received recently at EGTMInc headquarters. Even though each commission is a small amount, at the end of the month, they can add up and make a significant dent in our administrative expense. (If you are new to the EGTMInc – our goal is to raise enough funding through iGive to offset our monthly administrative expense. This will allow us to use 100% of all other financial gifts to go directly to mission projects.)
Dear Experiencing God Through Missions Inc Representative,

Wyoming Mission 2009 Video/Photo Help Needed
Everyone involved with Wyoming Mission 2008 learned that when you work for God, nothing is too hard for Him. Wyoming Mission 2009 is another God sized project. We expect over 500 volunteers to be involved! They will be building churches in two different areas and sharing the gospel through various means, in all 23 counties and 264 Wyoming towns, cities and communities. All this in two weeks! July 13th through July 25th, 2009.
We need you to travel with some of our volunteers and make digital photos and/or digital video recordings. If you have the equipment and skills, and can invest a couple days in July of 2009, please get in touch with me as soon as possible so that you can be in on the initial planning. Volunteers can come from any state!
